Abbi McMillen was born in Duluth, Minnesota, and she currently works for a small business that carries dog supplies. She got a degree in criminology and sociology from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2019, but she chose to become a writer instead.

She has liked wrestling her whole life, but she didn't really get into it until a few years ago, when she started going to live events put on by local promotions. Her favorites in AEW are Penelope Ford, Britt Baker, and Toni Storm. Her all-time favorite is Trish Stratus.
