It appears that the Smoke Show, Scarlett Bordeaux will be making her MLW in-ring debut at Battle Riot. MLW Battle Riot will take place at Melrose Ballroom on June 23rd. There will also be an MLW Fusion Taping at this show.

Scarlett has said previously that she’s the Perfect 10 and she gave a warning to MLW’s new featherweight division.
In 2019, MLW had teased the formation of the women’s division. This division would launch on October 18, 2019. The very first women’s division match was at LMW Blood and Thunder featuring The Spider Lady aka Priscilla Kelly now known as Gigi Dolin in WWE NXT and Zeda Zhang. Zhang won that matchup via a disqualification.
Finally on July 7, 2021. MLW announced that Dave Prazak Shimmer’s co-founder to help relaunch the division. On Fusion: Alpha a taped episode of MLW the women’s featherweight division was announced. At the time the MLW women’s division has Willow Nightingale, Nicole Savoy, Brittany Blake, Holidead, Zoey Skye, and The Sea Stars (Delmi Exo and Ashley Vox).
On May 13, 2022, Holidead would take on Taya Valkyrie for the MLW Women’s Featherweight Championship. Taya would win and become the inaugural champion. With Scarlett coming to MLW, it seems MLW is trying hard to continue to grow its women’s division and I’m excited to see where that goes next!
