Per NWA Producer Jazz’s request, a rising tag team from Texas, King Bees (Danni Bee & Charity King), made their debut this week on NWA Powerrr.
King Bees has been creating quite the buzz (pun intended) for themselves on the indie scene, so it makes perfect sense for this dominant tag team to want to challenge an equally impressive tag team, Pretty Empowered.
Pretty Empowered has made it clear, during their studio interview a week ago, that they respect Jazz, but don’t understand why she would give King Bee this kind of opportunity to challenge them.
Ella and Kylie have successfully held their tag team titles and haven’t backed down from anyone. They certainly won’t start now.

I love that there was a buildup for this tag match. It puts eyes not only on Pretty Empowered’s title reign, but incoming competition within the women’s tag team division.
This brings us to the match where Dani from King Bees, starts the match for her team.
Ella tries to shake the hand of Dani, buts Danni Bee knows better than to trust Ella and immediately goes in for the kill.
Danni brings Ella to her corner and tags in the power house Charity King.
King immediately takes it to both Ella and Kylie, showing off that powerhouse strength that she possess, which really impresses the crowd.
When Pretty Empowered see that they can’t win fairly, Ella resorts to cheating to tip the match back into her teams favor.

Ella brings Danni to her corner as both Ella and Kylie takes turns to attacking Danni.
With the support of the audience, Danni finally get the chance to make the tag and Charity comes in to lay down the law to Pretty Empowered.
Charity attempts to get the win on Ella, but the experience of Pretty Empowered pays off, when Ella gets the assist of Kylie to get the win for the night.

I have never personally, never heard the crowd make that much noise over a debuting team.
They were certainly on the edge of their seats.
Though King Bees did not get the win, I think that it’s safe to say, that this isn’t the last time that we will see King Bees in NWA.
