Lady Frost MLW Debut

Two weeks ago, in Lady Frost’s MLW debut, she took on not one, but two opponents. Lady Frost comes in confident facing off against Scarlett Bordeux, (who I am so happy to see return back to the ring after managing for awhile), and the current MLW women’s champion Shotzi Blackheart.

Coming into this match ,the champion Shotzi is pumped to face off with both women. She’s not afraid to take on any competition, at any time. Truly the definition of a fighting champion.

We see this match start with a shoving contest between Lady Frost and Shotzi. 

Scarlett tries to get a quick pin, but Shotzi and Frost decide to throw Scarlett out of the ring and duke it out. 

Shotzi takes the lead against Frost early in. Really solidifying why she holds that title. Lady Frost does get some vicious chops in on Shotzi before Scarlett pulls Frost out of the ring to attack Shotzi in the corner. 

After the commercial break, we see that Lady Frost takes over. Giving a brilliant fisherman’s suplex to Scarlett. 

This starts to make you wonder if Shotzi might possibly lose this match while being on the outside of the ring recovering. 

Shotzi comes back in and makes her presence known. A dive outside of the ring takes both Frost and Scarlett out momentarily.

A worn out Scarlett gets back in the ring, lying on the mat to regain her bearings when Shotzi attempts to do something off of the top rope. 

Lady Frost pushes Blackheart off of the ropes and does her finisher (the frost bite) to get the win. 

A shocked Shotzi gets back into the ring mere moments after Lady Frost snags the win.

This definitely has to shake up the champ, who probably feels that Lady Frost is a competitor that she has to be on her toes for from here on out. 

What a hell of a match and debut for Lady Frost. Her presence on this roster is already being felt. She has been one to watch for years and I truly hope that MLW continues to showcase her as the star and main eventer that she is.
