WOW – Women Of Wrestling Drops Big News at Comic-Con: Season Four, Vegas Lights, and First-Ever Fremont Street Showdown

Leave it to WOW – Women Of Wrestling to roll into San Diego Comic-Con and steal the spotlight. Recently, the powerhouse all-female wrestling brand packed the room for a fiery panel titled WOW - Women Of Wrestling on Female Representation in Sports and Discovering New Talent.

Co-owners Jeanie Buss and David McLane sat front and center, flanked by some of WOW’s most electrifying Superheroes: Miami’s Sweet Heat twins Lindsey and Laurie Carlson, fan-favorite Paola Mayfield, and the always dynamic Santana Garrett. The conversation, led by broadcast journalist and WOW correspondent Sibley Scoles, hit on everything from breaking barriers for women in sports to the wild ways comics have inspired wrestling’s most colorful characters.

Then McLane dropped the bombshell that had fans buzzing — WOW is officially coming back for a fourth season, premiering the weekend of September 13. But that wasn’t all. The new season will feature WOW taking over the legendary Fremont Street Experience in Las Vegas for the very first time. That’s right, “WOW Fights on Fremont” will bring the iconic purple ring smack in the middle of the neon-lit chaos of downtown Vegas. And if you’ve ever been to Fremont, you know that’s not just a wrestling show… that’s a full-on spectacle waiting to happen.

For those who’ve been living under a rock, WOW – Women Of Wrestling is the ultimate mix of high-impact athleticism, over-the-top drama, and empowering storytelling. Every match is more than just a fight — it’s a saga of rivalries, redemption, and jaw-dropping moments. Whether you’re here for the action, the characters, or the unapologetic celebration of women who can absolutely throw down, WOW delivers every time.

If you can’t make it to Vegas to see the chaos live, you can still catch WOW weekly in syndication across the U.S. and on VICE TV. Seasons one through three are streaming right now on Pluto TV’s dedicated WOW channel. Seasons two and three are also on Tubi, and season two is on Paramount+. Plus, Paramount Global Content Distribution just launched Wrestling Central on The Roku Channel in the U.S. and Canada, featuring new weekly matches from WOW.

So mark your calendars. September 13 is the start of Season Four, the Fremont Street lights are about to get a whole lot brighter, and WOW is proving once again that when it comes to women’s wrestling, they’re running the show.
