Fight Factory Wrestling: The War on the Shore 3 Recap

Updated: 3 days ago

Last week, I had the opportunity to cover Fight Factory Wrestling's third annual War on the Shore and this was set on the beach! Yes, you heard it hear folks that it was set on the Jersey Shore and as a born-raised Jersey girl, this was an absolute treat for me. To give people a quick refresher, Fight Factory Wrestling is co-founded by Dave Stuchio, Chris Payne, and Tommy Dee with one goal: to change the landscape of Independent Pro Wrestling in New Jersey.

Right before the main event, we had a pre-show done by The Stunner, a wrestling podcast focused on the pro wrestling in the NYC/NJ area interviewing wrestlers and commentators including Veda Scott and Steph DeLander.

After the pre-show, we shift to the main show that delivered from top to bottom that made it a night to remember. The ladies brought it where we had two incredible matches and one of them was the co-main event. The first match was a tag team match that featured Emily Jaye teaming up with Dani Mo as they took on the team of Rachel Ley & the debut of Kristin Blaze! The winner of this tag team match would go one on one at their next show to determine a new #1 contender to the Fight Factory Women's Championship. All four of these ladies gave it their all and enjoyed the action they brought to the Jersey Shore. The winners of the match was Kristin Blaze & Rachel Ley who will meet in a future Fight Factory Wrestling show for a #1 contender's match for the Fight Factory Women's Championship.

Next, we have the triple threat match that was the co-main event of the show between Lady Frost (c), Steph DeLander and Allie Katch for the Fight Factory Women's Championship. These three ladies are not stranger to the independent scene that brought the house down and did see Steph DeLander take a nice swim in the ocean. The winner of the match was Lady Frost retaining the Fight Factory Women's Championship but ended with an awareness cause as Steph DeLander got a dose of cold ice water in support Rebel who is recently diagnosed with ALS.

I want to give a special thank you to Dave and everyone at Fight Factory Wrestling for letting me cover as I look forward to the next event.
