Mercedes Moné Adds Another Championship to Her Collection at RevPro Global Wars UK

Mercedes Moné is stacking gold like it’s second nature. Already holding the AEW TBS Championship, the Undisputed British Women’s Championship, and CMLL’s World Women’s Championship, she can now add the Discovery Wrestling Scottish Women’s Championship to her resume.

The match went down Friday night at RevPro’s Global Wars UK from the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre in London. Moné battled Emersyn Jayne in a title-versus-title clash that stretched nearly twenty minutes. Jayne brought the fight, but Moné dug deep and sealed the victory with a backstabber that flowed right into her signature Statement Maker submission. Jayne had no choice but to tap, and just like that, the Scottish belt joined Moné’s growing lineup.

The stakes were high from the start. Moné put her Undisputed British Women’s Championship on the line, while Jayne defended Discovery Wrestling’s Scottish Women’s title. The bout was set earlier this week after Jayne publicly called out Moné, and both women showed why the UK scene continues to thrive.

This win marks a busy stretch for Moné. Just two nights before, she teamed up with Athena on AEW Dynamite to defeat Toni Storm and Alex Windsor in a main event tag match. And the grind isn’t slowing down. Saturday night, she’ll be back in action at RevPro’s 13th Anniversary show, this time in a trios match with Dani Luna and Kanji against the Cut Throat Collective.
