Rounding out the Top 10 on this list is the now All Elite, Willow Nightingale. Willow made her ring debut in 2015 and has since worked her way up to the well-deserved #10 slot. Willow has appeared in the following promotions in 2022: AEW, Beyond, Impact, ROH, Enjoy, Mission Pro Wrestling, Women’s Wrestling Army, Tokyo Joshi All-Pro, and HOG, among others.
On top of the promotions, she has appeared in, she has also held the NYWC Fusion Championship from 2/26/2022 to 4/30/2022, dropping the championship to Joey Conway in an intergender match. It is noted that she also defeated Tina San Antonio for the EAW Women’s Title in January, although little else is known about it. Willow has competed in over ten title fights as a single and tag team fighter outside of championships.
Brandi Rhodes, Leyla Hirsch, Jordynne Grace, Deonna Purrazzo, Mercedes Martinez, Red Velvet, Janai Kai, Jordan Blade, Jade Cargill, Kiera Hogan, Taya Valkyrie, Mia Yim, Jamie Hayter, and Trish Adora are among Willow’s prominent 2022 opponents. Emi Sakura and Mei Suruga vs. Riho and Willow Nightingale, which aired on AEW in September of this year, is a recent notable match of hers.
Willow has landed herself on this year’s PWI Top 150 Female at the #40 spot, as well as in the hearts of wrestling fans all around the world.
