- Willow Nightingale
Wrestling Connection Training Academy in New York City is where Danielle Paultre, nicknamed Willow Nightingale, trained before making her professional debut in 2015. (NYWC). Bull Dempsey and Mike Mondo were in charge of her training. During her six-month training period, she also had her first match as a referee in the New York Women’s Wrestling Championships (NYWC). Willow has been a wrestling fan since she was 9 years old, identifying Lita and Trish Stratus as her favorite female wrestlers. Since her debut at NYWC in 2016, this Babe with Power has earned the NYWC Starlet crown. Besides NYWC, Willow has competed for RISE, CHIKARA, Beyond Wrestling, SHIMMER, WOW and Ring of Honor in MLW, AEW Dark and Ring of Honor’s New Japan Pro Wrestling. Brooke Valentine, Faye Jackson, and Solo Darling are some of the noteworthy ladies she has collaborated with. When Willow appeared on Women’s Wrestling Talk before, she expressed her gratitude for the opportunity she had been provided with. Her honesty about never shying away from her true self was one of the things that drew me in as a fan. Many aspects of her character resonate with me. At numerous independent events, I have had the pleasure of seeing Willow. Even when she’s heeling it up, she’s always so upbeat and upbeat-minded. When it comes to interacting with fans, this is a skill that is so uncommon and so vital. Willow’s performance in the Ring of Honor women’s world championship tournament alongside ladies like Rok C, Trish Adora, Allysin Kay, and Miranda Alize. I thought it was a great opportunity for her to show off her awesomeness to a wider audience. This month, Willow should be recognized for her original style, as well as for always being herself in the ring. Compared to prior years, the sorts of women we see entering the ring in women’s wrestling have generally improved. I can’t wait for her to accomplish all the things she still has on her plate. #willownightingale

- Tay Conti Names Her Desired WWE Star To Face
All Elite Wrestling’s women’s division has seen Tay Conti rise to prominence since she joined the promotion in Summer 2020. The Brazilian-born jiu-jitsu star has competed in high-profile AEW battles, most notably for the NWA and AEW Women’s Championships. Conti came up short in both challenges, but she intends to make up for it in 2022 by going all out. “Gold. I want gold, for sure,” Conti told Highspots regarding her 2022 goals. “I want it all. I want my rematch against Britt and I wanna get Jade. Jade’s getting too comfortable. It’s been kind of like, a good path for her. But, you know, when she meets me in the ring, it’s over for her, baby.” TBS Champion Jade Cargill and WWE’s Asuka are two more women Conti hopes to face in the ring someday. “I really want to wrestle Asuka one day. She’s one of my favorites,” Tay Conti said. “I really want to wrestle her. But, if we can talk about AEW, I would say, I really wanna have Serena Deeb too. Because she’s going crazy right now. Yeah, I wrestled her once, but I really need a rematch against her. So, I’m ready for it.” In January 2021, Conti faced The Professor for the NWA Women’s Championship when she wrestled Deeb. As previously said, Conti has lost both of her championship bouts, but she cherishes the memories she has of them. “I would say like, my match against Britt [at AEW Full Gear 2021] for the title was really a special one,” Tay Conti said. “I was super nervous. I was trying to come up with like, a different entrance, hair make-up. Yeah, I was trying to present myself, you know, a little like, different. So I really like it. That was a really special match. And Britt was like, amazing to work within the ring. I want my rematch to kick her a– again. But, yeah, that was a really special one. And I had my first moonsault. Sammy [Guevara] helped me a lot.” While Conti is most happy with her pay-per-view battle with AEW Women’s Champion Britt Baker, she also mentioned her victories against Deeb and Hikaru Shida. “I would say my match against Serena, I really liked that too. She’s one of the best in the game. I could wrestle her every day,” Tay Conti said. “I want a street fight against Serena. It would be amazing. And my match against Shida. Maybe because I’m like, a big fan of Japanese style, my match against her was like, one of my favorites for sure.” #AEW #TayConti #WWE
- Becky Lynch Discusses Lita, Ronda Rousey & More
If Becky Lynch wants to make it to WrestleMania, she’s going to have to pass the last hurdle of the Elimination Chamber event that WWE holds every February. For the last four months, she has been reigning as the Raw women’s champion, but she has truly had gold in her hands every day since WrestleMania 35 in April 2019. Since her heelflip at SummerSlam 2021, Big Time Becks has faced some of the greatest opponents in the history of Raw, including Bianca Belair, Sasha Banks, Doudrop, and Liv Morgan. Even though they all made it thus far, they were unable to win the title. Lita, on the other hand, presents a whole new set of challenges on Saturday. According to several reports, Lynch was inspired by WWE Hall of Famer Lita when she was a little girl. Despite the fact that there are many parallels between the two, Lynch is aware that this chance to confront one of her lifetime idols might cost her the championship if she isn’t cautious. During an interview with Graham GSM Matthews of Bleacher Report, Lynch discusses how she has been preparing for Lita, Ronda Rousey choosing Charlotte Flair as her WM opponent, and more. “Thirteen-year-old me would be losing their mind,” Lynch said. “Even 30-year-old me would lose their mind. The me that had Lita first introduce the women’s title to them at WrestleMania 32 would be losing their mind. But the me that I am today, the champion, having gone through all of these obstacles, coming back better than ever, to have my childhood hero try to get a rub off that and try to challenge me at the most important time of the year, that’s very conflicting for me.” Lynch is aware of the importance of this match. A billboard in Saudi Arabia advertising the first-ever women’s bout has been put up by WWE this week to promote the match between Lynch and Lita. Lynch will go all out when the chime goes off. Lita’s return tour will be the last for her, and she has no intention of letting it begin. “I’m forced to either destroy my childhood hero or let her think she has a chance against me,” she said. “I have to destroy my childhood hero. This is an awful predicament that she’s put me in. Now, I realize the gravity of it and the impact of it and what it means for me and for the future and for Lita, and it’s huge, almost beyond my comprehension, that this is happening right now. If you told teenage me in 20 years that I’d be having a match for the Raw Women’s Championship against Lita, I think I’d literally lose my mind. My head might explode.” Lita challenged Lynch to a Raw Women’s Championship match on the same evening that The Man was confronted by Ronda Rousey, who was making her long-awaited comeback. Even though she lost in a Triple Threat against Lynch at WrestleMania 35, Rousey still has a lot of unfinished business to deal with. “Can you blame them? I’m magic right now!” Lynch said about Lita and Rousey. “I’m nothing but magic. Everything is better than ever. Matches, better than ever. Every time I talk, better than ever, bringing up Liv Morgan and Doudrop and making them all household names. I don’t blame anybody for wanting to work with me. “I also don’t blame Ronda for not wanting to work with me because I’m better than ever and I came back,” she continued. “Nobody understands how hard Ronda is doing better than me. Being a mom is hard. Traveling with an infant is very hard. Wrestling is very hard. Combining all of those things is a huge difficulty and I make it look easy, but it’s not easy.” The implication from Lynch’s statements is that she respects Rousey but does not consider her as a real danger to her position as a UFC champion. Even if she chooses to restart her feud with Lynch, which will happen sooner rather than later, she’s already defeated her before and will do so again. #BeckyLynch #Lita #RondaRousey #WWE
- Charlotte Flair On Her Growth & Being A Role Model
As the reigning WWE Smackdown Women’s Champion, Charlotte Flair took some time to chat with Jetset Magazine about her career thus far. Charlotte Flair attributes her success in the wrestling industry to her determination to carry on the family history begun by her father, Ric Flair, while also forging her own path. “Extending my father’s legacy while building my own has been paramount to my success,” Charlotte said. “I never dreamed about being a sports entertainer when I was growing up, but when I made the decision in 2012, it changed my life. The ring is like home to me. Having the opportunity to go out every night and perform for an audience is the greatest feeling.” Charlotte also discussed the importance of being a role model for followers of both genders. She said how much it meant to her to be an inspiration to her younger supporters. “Being a role model for that little girl or little boy sitting in the front row means the world to me,” Charlotte said. “I truly get the best of both worlds.” Charlotte then went on to talk about how she believes she has evolved over the last eight months, both on and off-screen. Even though she’s accomplished a great deal in her work, she isn’t satisfied and wants to continue to learn and improve. “Over the past eight months, I feel I have grown greatly both professionally and personally,” Charlotte said. “I think that my evolution in those ways has translated into on-camera success. I have learned so much since my 2015 debut on Monday Night Raw. I’ve been fortunate to be able to travel the world and be a part of so many ‘firsts’ for the women of WWE. “Whether it’s being a part of the first Women’s main event of WrestleMania, Raw or Smackdown, or wrestling in the first Women’s Hell In a Cell Match. I intend to continue to grow as a performer and I feel there is still so much left to be done. I didn’t come this far to come this far!” #CharlotteFlair #WWE
- Bianca Belair Doesn’t Want Her 26-second Loss To Becky Lynch To Define Her Legacy
In 2021, Bianca Belair had a remarkable year. When she beat Bayley at Hell in a Cell to become the first-ever female winner of the Royal Rumble, she became just the second black wrestler in history to do so. She was subsequently defeated by Becky Lynch at SummerSlam, and all of her momenta looked to be interrupted by Lynch’s comeback. This weekend’s Elimination Chamber pay-per-view features WWE superstar Bianca Belair, who recently went on My Love Letter To Wrestling to discuss her goals after losing the SmackDown women’s championship to Becky Lynch at last year’s SummerSlam in only 26 seconds. “I say I want to show who I am. Without the title, I feel like I’ve done that. But now it’s time for me to get the title back. That doesn’t mean I don’t want the title, I definitely do and that’s definitely the goal,” Bianca said. “At the end of the day, I’m checking my perspective and trying to stay positive after SummerSlam. But I, at the end of the day, still have that feeling of I want to come full circle, and I want to get my redemption and rewrite the history of the 26 seconds,” said The EST of WWE. She claims that she does not want her 26-second defeat against Becky Lynch to be associated with her legacy. “So that’s definitely my goal, going into Elimination Chamber and trying to win and hopefully, bring things back full circle and go back to WrestleMania, I feel like I had a great year, and I just don’t want my legacy to be trumped by the 26 seconds, I want to overcome that and just, too, be an inspiration for other people. I feel like people give up on their dreams so easily, you know, and you just got to keep going. You can’t let up,” Bianca concluded. Due to the fact that she won a Gauntlet match on Monday, February 14, 2022, Bianca will have a decent chance of winning the Elimination Chamber since she will enter the match last. #BiancaBelair #WWE
- Former ROH Women’s Champion Signs With WWE
Rok-C, a rising star in the Ring of Honor women’s division and the company’s first-ever female champion, is joining the WWE. Rok-name C’s has come up a lot in recent weeks in connection with the WWE. Reportedly, the former ROH Women’s Champion had a nice time during a WWE tryout camp and performed well. Recently, there was a lot of pressure on WWE to get Rok-C on board. With the help of WWE Hall of Famer Booker T, Rok began her wrestling career. Her age was barely 13 at the time. It was clear to Booker that she wanted to be a wrestling champ even at such a young age. WWE has actually signed Rok-C to a contract, according to Booker T, who confirmed this information to MMA Hour’s Ariel Helwani. Other former Reality of Wrestling wrestlers, including Booker T., have gone on to have success in professional wrestling. After Booker’s promotion, Rok-C is the last person to make it out of Booker. “I’m more so often to working with the talent that is trying to get to the next level. One of my girls just debuted on AEW Dynamite with Jade Cargill, that’s AQA. They just signed her to a contract and that’s really really cool. One of my girls, Rok-C, WWE just signed her. She was my youngest champion in Reality of Wrestling. Started with me in a fantasy camp At 13 years old, her dream was to be Reality of Wrestling Champion. I got guys out there floating around all over the world. That’s my passion, working with young guys from an in-ring perspective, a mental perspective, a life perspective. It gives me purpose.” As of the time of this writing, no official statement has been made by WWE about the signing of Rok-C. The WWE Universe will have to wait and watch how and in what capacity she is presented to the WWE Universe. It’s safe to say that Rok-addition C’s to the NXT, SmackDown, or Monday Night Raw roster is a wise one. #ROH #RokC #WWE
- Robyn Reid: The Black Diamond
An alumnus of Booker T ROW wrestling and the former head of creative talent for GCW, Robyn Reid is unquestionably a pioneer in the world of professional wrestling. Robyn made her professional wrestling debut in 2014, and since then she has worked for organizations such as Title Wrestling Entertainment, Fighting Evolution Wrestling, Rise Wrestling, and Pro Wrestling 2.0, where she held the Women’s championship for 329 consecutive days. She truly developed her persona as “The Black Diamond” during her time at Reality of Wrestling, and she went on to become the Diamond Division champion during her time there as well. Robyn has also dabbled in the whimsical and campy realm of WOW wrestling, where she went under the ring moniker The Disciplinarian for a brief period of time. She was a competition not to be trifled with, and she wore a severe frown and a wooden paddle to prove it. This persona was created when Robyn discovered that she had previously worked as a teacher in her actual life. What a great example of life mimicking art! In light of the identities that Robyn Reid had established, it was logical to assume that she had a strong passion for storytelling in the world of professional wrestling. Robyn accepted the chance to write for the GCW company, which is situated in Tampa, Florida. Having women on the creative teams of promotions will almost surely result in better buildups to feuds for women in the future, as well as the ability to have their opinions heard and implemented. While Robyn is an excellent wrestler with excellent mic abilities, she is also putting her name on the line to help alter the landscape for women in wrestling by gaining a seat at the table to effect change. #RobynReid
