Over the years, WWE has introduced a number of programs, and Next in Line is one of them. If you haven’t heard of it, you will soon see the results as more athletes who competed in NCAA competition cross over to the WWE main roster. Alexis Gray seems to be the most recent former athlete that WWE has brought into NXT.
Alexis Gray was signed by WWE to an NXT contract. Texas Southern University’s graduate was a former track standout. For many factors, she was undoubtedly incredible in her field.

Gray finished the 100-meter dash in just 11.68 seconds, placing her second in the 2019 SWAC Outdoor T&F Championships, according to TFRRS. She finished first overall in the Howie Ryan Invitational, which took place in February 2019.
Alexis Gray’s official Instagram account now has tags for both WWE and NXT next to her handle, which shows that the changes have already been made. A recent post says that she may have already taken part in her first NXT photo shoot.

WWE has signed a number of college athletes because it helps them create a new generation of superstars who are just starting to become well-known in their fields and among their peers.
Alexis Gray’s athleticism will certainly give her an advantage over other female competitors in the NXT women’s locker room. We will have to wait and see how she fares in NXT.
