20 Women Wrestlers Who Need to Be on Your Playlist

Professional wrestlers are, at their core, entertainers (entertainers who also possess freakish athletic ability to compete year-round in high-intensity matches). Between cutting promos, working a crowd, and performing live at a moment's notice, it's no wonder Hollywood and acting opportunities come calling as the next step to stardom. For some wrestlers, though, acting isn't where their passion lies; instead, putting those promo skills to a beat to pursue a career in music.

Of course, there are plenty of wrestlers who help produce their own entrance music, adding vocals and helping with input here and there. But what about those who do completely original music? Today, we're running down 20 women wrestlers (and a few notable announcers) who have put out albums, singles, and music videos over the years so that when it's your turn for the aux, you can skip the entrance themes and go straight to the deep cuts.

1. Liv Morgan

Starting off with the most recent entry on this list, current WWE Women's World Champion Liv Morgan dropped her first single "Trouble" in 2025. Morgan premiered the music video ahead of WrestleMania 42 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas and performed the song - which doubled as her entrance theme - on her way down to challenge Stephanie Vaquer for the title.

"Trouble" is an ode to the things and people Liv Morgan loves. It has a very early 2000s Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera look and feel. Hair-ogrophy, parking lot brawling, impulsive tattoos, arson and (of course) a "Daddy Dom" collar all make it a fun, upbeat and catchy bop for a night out.

2. Naomi

Liv Morgan may be the champion now but it is partially because this woman went to expand her family. If you're a Total Divas fan like me, you'll remember Naomi briefly pursued a music career back in 2014, producing a few singles and music videos of her own. You'll also remember the costume debacle that almost ended her music career before it started. Naomi's biggest (and only) song is "Dance All Night" which is (and I cannot understate this) a banger.

Naomi vacated the Women's World Champion in 2025 to welcome she and husband Jimmy Uso's first child together. Jimmy makes an appearance in the music video as her dance partner and I don't know about you but in retrospect, it is really sweet. Naomi didn't continue to pursue music after 2014 but even in 2026 you can find fans pleading for her to come back to the ring and the studio.

3. Trish Stratus

Another former women's champion briefly got in the studio and, of course, it was Trish Stratus. As a part of the WWE Originals album that saw Booker T, Chavo Gurrero and Rikishi recording original music, Trish was tapped to work with Jim Johnston to record "I Just Want You". The track is akin to a Paris Hilton love song and could work as an audition to be the sixth Canadian Spice Girl.

The track overall is a sweet and sappy, perfect to slide into the playlist you're making for your new boo or the ex you cannot (but should) leave alone. Trish said in a video describing the making of "I Just Want You" that she just hoped that one person would sing it in the shower are you going to deny this Hall of Fame legend her wish?

4. Nikkita Lyons

Jumping back into the current roster, Nikkita Lyons is a lot of things: an mainstay on Evolve and NXT, a black belt in Taekwondo, a reality TV star and a musician. Lyons raps under the name FaithyJ but has always incorporated her music into her wrestling persona. Before Nikkita Lyons was signed to the WWE, she rapped her way to every match in Women of Wrestling.

FaithyJ just released "Phat Check" featuring TNA Star Mara Sade on Aug 8. it is pretty catchy so check it out. Nikkita Lyons also dropped her debut "Rough Cuts" in Sept. 2025, 13-song album that mixes R&B, hip-hop, dance, and contemporary sounds. "To Be a Champion" dropped two years ago while Lyons was still out from a knee injury and finally culminated in an Evolve Women's Championship earlier this year.

5. Leila Grey

AEW and ROH star Leila Grey jumped into music in 2025, releasing music videos for "Baddie" and "Right Way" (platinum classics in my house). Grey keeps busy competing in OVW, ROH and AEW while also training for World Beauty Fitness & Fashion shows. She also dropped her debut album "This Is Leila" a 10-song R&B heavy album. Her marquee song "Baddie" was fitting debut considering she was a member of the Jade Cargill 'Baddies" stable.

"Baddie" should fall into whatever you are listening to before the club, right next to Megan thee Stallion, Cardi B and Doja Cat. A few drinks in and you too will feel like a baddie. Check out our full interview with Leila Grey on her music journey and career!

6. Harley Cameron

Fellow AEW wrestler Harley Cameron has released a few songs in the last 5 years, often collaborating with other wrestlers for fun and pop-centric jams. She made headlines when she featured Scarlett Bordauex and Shotzi Blackheart on her song "INDESTRUCTIBLE" and had my house bumping when she dropped the video for "The Iinspiration" with the iconic duo, Cassie Lee & Jessie McKay, The IInspiration.

Maybe it's the hair or her general aesthetic, but Harley Cameron gives such intense Jessie J vibes that it is hard for me to look away. She has a beautiful voice, a very soulful cadence, and I can't wait to see what she puts out next.

7. Mickie James

It is impossible to talk about women's wrestlers in the music industry without talking about hardcore country legend herself, Mickie James. James has been a country music artist for almost 15 years and has two albums "Strangers & Angels" and "Somebody's Gonna Pay". Country music gets a bad rap nowadays but I'm telling you, if you need to feel mad at your partner for no particular reason: Mickie James has a song for you.

"Somebody's Gonna Pay" is an absolute classic bar song: it featured James' husband Nick Aldis playing the asshole boyfriend and Trish Stratus playing a kick-ass bartender. Her singles "Pissed" and "I Don't Give A" also had music videos made. James released "They Gave All" earlier this year.

8. Taya Valkyrie

Where to start with Taya Valkyrie? The journey woman has been everywhere: MLW, TNA, AEW, ROH, CMLL, WWE and Lucha Libre AAA, but when she's out of the ring she is in the studio producing her podcast, acting, and...making music. Her song "Morning After" had a music video release almost a year ago. This bouncy party tune gets you ready to make bad decisions.

Taya Valkyrie released her newest single "TREAT" this year ahead of her upcoming sophomore album and a Christmas treat! She graciously agreed to talk about it with Women's Wrestling Talk, not once but a few times!

9. Lita

Lita has been a punk icon for over 20 years at this point but her life after she walked away from WWE in 2006 was still filled with excitement. Lita, who performed under her real name Amy Dumas, was the frontwoman for The Luchagors. They released their self-titled debut album in 2007 and performed together until 2014.

The Luchagors are gritty, with a garage-rock feel to them that's both endearing and nostalgic. It won't be everyone's type, but there is nothing else like it on this list. If you're a fan of Le Tigre, The Offspring, Plumtree or Lash, you'll find a good time in this.

10. Thekla

AEW former women's champion Thekla, who currently holds the Artist of Stardom Championship alongside Julia Hart and Skye Blue, is also a talented punk musician. Thekla is a guitarist and vocalist for the punk rock outfit Death Row Groupies, who released EPs, "The Drug Tito Tapes" and "The Fright Men For The Job".

Death Row Groupies last performed in 2019 but gosh, I miss them dearly. If you enjoyed The Luchagors from a moment earlier or are prone to Riot Grrrl music, this is exactly what you want to hear.

11. B-Fab

We have already a former baddie on this list, why not a current one? B-Fab is aligned with Jade Cargill for a WWE revamped version of the baddies. B-Fab is an interesting case because for a large part of her time with WWE, her gimmick has been musical. B-Fab, who releases music under Briana Brandy, has dropped several singles since 2013 and a music video for her song "Kryptonite".

B-Fab is a great rapper, "Kryptonite" is good for a 2016 rap single and has a catchy chorus if nothing else. Her career didn't stop there. In 2023, three members of Hit Row: B-Fab, Top Dolla and Ashante "Thee" Adonis dropped a freestyle single by the name of Barbie Barz.

12. Mara Sade

A newcomer on the scene, Mara Sade of TNA and WWE fame, has only put out a few tracks so far, including "Find Yoself" and "Phat Check". She's a talented rapper and now that she has stepped away from TNA, the time to grow in her musical ability will only, hopefully, increase.

Mara Sade's verses on "Phat Check" were dripping like water, and I hope for more collaboration between her and Nikkita Lyons. Honestly, lets see a Leila Grey collab too.

13. Maki Itoh

Maki Itoh began her music career in 2012 as a second‑generation member of the idol group LinQ, performing in the group’s Qty team and appearing in various media projects tied to her idol work. After being removed from LinQ in 2017, she transformed her wrestling tag team with Mizuki into the idol duo Itoh Respect Army, releasing their debut single "Setsunairo" in 2018 and later performing as a solo idol at Tokyo Idol Festival 2018.

Itoh has continued her solo music efforts with the 2019 digital single "Brooklyn The Hole" which also became her wrestling entrance theme and was later featured in AEW Fight Forever.

14. Crush Gals

Time for a throwback, in the 1980s: Formed in 1983, Crush Gals, comprised of Lioness Asuka and Chigusa Nagayo, both All-Japan Women's Pro Wrestling legends. Wrestling historians like Jim Cornetter and Dave Meltzer stated that Crush Gals’ popularity not only rivaled the biggest stars in Japan; it was comparable to that of Hulk Hogan in the States and Big Daddy in the UK. But the duo was bigger than wrestling: try five albums and five singles and EPs.

It is hard to choose just one track to share here but "イッキにRock'n Roll" is a good way to start off. Truly, if you are a fan of 80s J-Pop: please, please, please go give Crush Gals a listen. In 1984, their first music single, “Bible of Fire,” sold over 100,000 copies in Japan even though Nagayo had never sang in public before its release. They also released two chart-topping albums, Square Jungle and Crush Gals Forever.

15. Beth Copeland

Beth Copeland (formerly Pheonix), is mostly known for being a powerhouse who carried the women's division through some dark Diva days but did you know she released an EP with WWE Music back in 2021? Her debut EP "Stone Rose & Bone" released with four songs and a music video for "Find Your Way".

"Find Your Why" is a folksy, contemporary bluegrass tune. I'm not sure what one would expect from the Glamazon but this wasn't it, but I must admit she has a beautiful voice. We haven't gotten any more music since she and her husband Adam Copeland joined AEW but it's always nice to see a legend trying new things and expanding their repertoire.

16. BK Rhythm

Making another pit stop in WOW with a current roster member, BK Rhythm, a rapper and wrestler who found an outlet by embracing rap music — the combination of rhythm and poetry spoke to her soul. I wasn't able to find any released music on platforms BUT BK does rap their way to the ring and is largely promoted as a rapper in WOW.

WOW did a superhero spotlight a few years ago on BK and the desire to put out songs seems really genuine and meaningful. I'll be hoping for 6 albums and many music videos. Here's to hoping something is in production.

17. Cameron aka Ariane Andrews

Former WWE Funkadactyl Cameron, who performed alongside Naomi as a valet for Brodus Clay, did produce some music while with the company. She also appeared on Total Divas, where her catchphrase "girl bye" kept her as a funny addition to the cast. Her only single is "Bye Bye" with the video releasing in 2016. She stepped away from WWE in 2016.

Since her release, she co-founded Pound Town Wrestling with Hunter Gallagher where she wrestles under her name. SHe hasn't continued to pursue a music career but hey, maybe we'll get a "Bye Bye" album one day.

18. Arisa Hoshiki

Arisa Hoshiki performed in the band Unlimited Dream Navigator from 2018 until the group disbanded in 2021, using the stage name Udon Sato while contributing vocals and songwriting. The band released two albums — "World Peace" and "The Contrast of Static And Dynamic" — and notably produced her wrestling theme song “SHiNiNG STAR”.

During this period, Hoshiki also uploaded vocal covers to YouTube and continued developing her musical identity before transitioning to solo work after the band’s dissolution. She hasn't released any music recently but Unlimited Dream Navigator did produce bops so I hope she gets to the studio again soon.

19. Stacy Keibler

Our second to last entrant in this musical Royal Rumble, Stacy Keibler and her WWE Original song "Why Can't We Just Dance" has entered the ring. It is very 2000s and pairs well with Naomi's "Dance All Night" (no, seriously). It has the vibe of P!NK's "Get This Party Started" to get people moving, even if it isn't saying much lyrically.

Of course, this was when WWE was forcing everyone to sing, so Stacy didn't pursue music after this but at least we were blessed with this hit. Thank God for Jim Johnston.

20. Maria Kanellis

Maria Kanellis’ first WWE run (2004–2010) saw her evolve from a Diva Search contestant and comedic backstage interviewer into an in‑ring performer featured in major storylines and pay‑per‑views. During this period she became a fan favorite, worked across Raw and SmackDown, posed for Playboy, and earned the 2009 Diva of the Year Slammy Award before being released in early 2010.

Maria Kanellis' release in 2010 is rumored to be because she was pursuing a music career. After leaving WWE, Maria released an album titled "Seven Sins", with "Fantasy" being the single. Post-album she returned to the ring, wrestling for NJPW, ROH, TNA, WWA, WWE and AEW until her retirement in 2025. She is a former TNA Knockouts Champion and reality TV star.

Honorable Mentions: Alicia Taylor, Lillian Garcia & Samantha Irvin

Three announcers make up one wrestler right? Well, three current or former WWE announcers have notable music careers and I couldn't just leave them off.

Alicia Taylor

The Monday Night Raw announcer has a prolific career as a drummer, having performed with Hannah Montana, Tracy Chapman, Kelly Osbourne, Gore Gore Girls, The Dollyrots, etc. She began her drumming career began in Michigan, where she taught herself drums at age 11 and started touring in metal and punk bands by 15 . She broke into mainstream music in 2002 after replacing Kelly Osbourne’s drummer on The Osbournes, leading to international tours and performances on major TV shows.

Over the years, she built a wide-ranging résumé performing for artists like Lillix, Hannah Montana, Selena Gomez, Uh Huh Her, and many others, eventually forming her own band, Dohrn, in 2015. She released "Becoming The Disease" and "Levels Of Hate" in 2017. She IS death metal.

Samantha Irvin

Samantha Irvin’s music career spans live tribute productions, television performances, and original releases, beginning with her role as the lead female vocalist in Thriller – Live from 2011 to 2015. She later appeared on America’s Got Talent, released her EP "27Underground" in 2016, and performed in multiple stage shows while continuing to showcase her vocal and flute abilities across TV appearances like "I Can See Your Voice".

After leaving WWE in 2024 to refocus on music, she adopted the stage name Samantha The Bomb and announced new work, including her 2025 single “Make Me” and her most recent release "Sweet". She's another great voice to have on the R&B scene.

Lilian Garcia

Lilian Garcia’s music career began in childhood, singing in contests in Madrid and later performing with bands in South Carolina clubs as a teenager, often chaperoned by her mother for safety . After joining WWE, she became known for her powerful live performances of the U.S. national anthem, singing at Raw, multiple WrestleManias, major sporting events, and even the 1996 Summer Olympics, ultimately setting the record for most musical performances at WrestleMania. Her song "Drive Me Loca" is a fan favorite, with Candice Michelle and Torrie Wilson appearing in the music video.

She released her first single “Shout” in 2002, contributed songs to WWE albums, and launched her debut studio album "¡Quiero Vivir!" in 2007, followed by the English‑language EP "My Time" in 2012 with several accompanying music videos . Garcia has continued recording and performing, including live shows with her band The Fuse, maintaining an active music presence alongside her announcing career. She is still signed to the WWE as a ring announcer.

Are they bops or flops?

Before we get out of here, a semi-honorable mention that is just randomly about a women's wrestler Alex Bliss by Bowling for Soup. She was a big fan of them and they're big fans of her, so... they wrote a song about her. This isn't featuring the talents of a women's wrestler, but as a Bowling for Soup fan, it's always fun to remember they made this song.

After listening to 21 women's wrestler made songs I can say, there is a lot of talent in this room! We've heard someone from (almost) every genre and a lot of pop girlies. It is inspiring to see so many of them pursue music at different points in their careers and how it relates to their wrestling.

Much like being a professional wrestler it is clear each one of them has their own voice and creativity in their music (even if it is painfully of its time). I hope more wrestlers will explore the creative side of themselves and give us more hit singles to rock out to in the car (alongside their entrance music of course).
